You have restored my faith in surgery and caring Doctors, after a terrible C-section experience with my daughter, which I thought had psychologically scarred me for life.  You have shown me that surgery can be a positive experience, and without your encouragement I wouldn’t have gone through with the surgery I needed before embarking on IVF.

I would have been lost without your advice and encouraging words throughout the IVF rollercoaster.  You have a wonderful warm, knowledgable and supportive approach which made me feel in safe hands at all times.

All of the appointments were very convenient and mainly out of working hours and had little impact on day to day life allowing us to continue working with minimum disruption. We were given the feeling that nothing was too much trouble; our treatment fell over a bank holiday weekend and both Mr Kelada & Lisa gave up their time on the Saturday to undertake our scan, all appointments were made around us, the patients rather at their convenience which also contributed to a stress-free experience.

We are completely thrilled with the service which we received from you both; this exceeded our expectations and was far superior to the other clinics we had previously attended and we cannot thank you enough for everything.

Despite the delicate & very emotional nature of the process it was always a delight to attend the clinic, little things like the ease of free parking directly outside made a huge difference. It is a very welcoming environment with friendly & discrete reception staff. Mr Kelada was always completely professional, kind & compassionate and took the time to explain in detail the next step of the process avoiding any room for error on our part with drug administration & timings etc.

We would wholeheartedly recommend without hesitation the services of Spire Portsmouth fertility clinic, we feel that there is no comparison in the area for the level of service & care provided which by far exceeded our expectations and we cannot thank them enough for the imminent arrival of our twins in the New Year.

For various reasons Spire Portsmouth Fertility Clinic was the third clinic we had attended in the local area and it was our 8th attempt at IVF, having previously had our first daughter after 4 attempts 2 ½ years ago and recently a further 3 failed attempts for a sibling. Our initial consultation with Mr Kelada was the most informative we had ever attended despite the number of times we had undertaken the procedure and we came away from the meeting with a real sense of understanding of exactly what to expect and some possible reasoning behind the previous failed attempts for the first time. We had the confidence from this very first meeting that Mr Kelada had the knowledge and experience to help us reach a positive result rather than feeling defeated as we had done at our previous clinic.

To our surprise, during the procedures in London the excellent level of service continued and both Mr Kelada & Lisa sent us regular text messages, either to remind us to administer the drugs at a particular time whether day or night or to follow up on the success of the egg collection / embryo transfer; this was not something we had experienced before and was a real encouragement to us both making us feel that they genuinely did care for our wellbeing as well as a successful outcome.
